It's been awhile since I've seen this but what if she never was pregnant with Leo's baby. Only faked it to see what he would do, to find out if he really loved her. She found out it wasn't true and did the only thing she knew she couldn't do which was leave. So she got knocked by that other guy, then decided to abort that guy;s baby. She pulled a reverse Circle of Friends. That type of stuff keeps me awake at night. A woman actually doing that, for shame.
